Matt Martin
Senior Minister
Matt has been serving at Southland since August of 2010. He and his wife Kristie have 5 kids: Anna, Simeon, Nate, Harmony and Eden. Having grown up in Southeast Kansas, Matt is a fan of Royals baseball, Chiefs football and KU basketball. Most importantly, he loves being a part of God's family and seeing the church equip people to follow Jesus faithfully.

Rick Randleman
Associate Minister
Rick and his wife Anna met as students at Ozark Christian College and have been partners in ministry and marriage since 2003. Rick grew up in the Springfield area attending Northside Christian and has been in ministry since 1999, most of that spent in Northwest Missouri. He love the church, loves missions and love to see people connect through service. He's also a drummer, sorta guitar player, avid reader, coffee snob, and piddles around in leatherworking (but needs a lot of growth in that area). Rick and Anna have 3 boys (Luke, Levi, and Lex) and together have a love for camping, nerd games, and just being together.

Les Londeen
Student Minister
Les is at Southland to team up with students and their families on a journey to discover Christ and His life-changing love. He's originally from Wichita, Kansas (Go Jayhawks!) and a proud graduate of Ozark Christian College. He and his wife Kristin live in Ozark with their two boys--Javan and Hayden. He's been fortunate to serve at Southland since 1992.

KRISTIE MARTIN
Women's Minister and Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Kristie is married to Matt and has been at Southland since 2010. They have 5 children with whom life is always an adventure. Kristie spent many years of ministry behind-the-scenes while raising babies, and now loves the opportunity (since Summer 2017) to be more on the front lines, working part-time in the office and in women's ministry. Some of her favorite ministry moments are seeing women connecting together, spending time with Southland's little ones, and giving a handshake or a hug as those who are part of the SCC family head out into the week after Sunday morning ENCOUNTER.

Debbie Jennings
Office/Financial Manager
Debbie has been at Southland since 2004 and serving on staff since 2020. She and her husband, Ben (one of our elders), have 3 sons: Nate, Luke, and Zac. Outside of her work at Southland, Debbie loves to read, scuba dive and spend time with her family.

Jessica Young
Children's Minister
Jessica joined our team in 2022 and has a heart for kids and their families. She attended Ozark Christian College and graduated with a degree in Christian Education and a certificate of Day Care Administration. She has served in fulltime ministry for 13 years and then worked as a paraprofessional for 4 years. She is excited to serve on the staff at Southland. She and her husband, Dylan, have 5 children: Caden, Benjamin, Elijah, Hope, and Abigail.
